MI have been in Real estate in the foothills since 1999. I have in that time assisted, as a Licensed Realtor, two different Top Producers. I acquired my Realtor’s license in 2002. However, I have been affiliated with real estate most of my life. My mother became a Realtor when I was 12. (Women were not allowed to write contracts back in those days.) My brother owned a large real estate office in Contra Costa County in the Bay Area. I assisted Realtors in 2 of his 6 offices. I spent 7 years with Stewart Title Company of Contra Costa and Alameda as their Director of Marketing
When I moved to the foothills, it felt like home. It was less crowded with lots of open space. I found that homes were much more affordable than the Bay Area were I grew up. I love real estate. Some times home buyers have a limited vision. they believe the homes they can afford look a certain way. This is usually based on a vision of where they are moving from. Helping people “Up their Dream Quotient” is exciting. Many people are amazed at what they can get for their money in the foothills.
JJulie Bogaczyk moved to the foothills from Santa Barbara in 1984. She enjoys the gorgeous scenery, rivers, lakes, 4 beautiful seasons and a slower paced lifestyle surrounded by historical charm and a large mix of wonderful people of all ages. All of this in a location close enough to concrete jungles when a trip is required.
She has been a Transaction Coordinator at eXp Realty since 2016, and worked in real estate property management prior to that.
